I attempted to cancel my auto renewal for TrustFax for an annual billing. Their call center is virtually impossible to access. I made several attempts and waited over 30 minutes and never talked to a person. I sent numerous emails to customer support without response.
My account password was changed by the company, so I was unable to cancel the service through the Web. When I finally reached a person, they denied my cancellation refund since more than 30 days has passed without successfully cancelling. This company is a scam and should be avoided at all cost, and do not share your credit card information with them.
