After calling this company in July of this year to cancel service I kept receiving new bills with amounts for service which I had not used. I gave the crappy equipment away in July and they even admit there has been no activity on that account but it was still deemed active a subject to billing because I didn't stay on hold for twenty minutes to officially talk to the CANCELLATION Department. They admit having a complete record of my call and my request to cancel.
I have made numerous calls, sent emails and faxes to several different departments trying to get the billing stopped and the account closed. No one will cooperate. I finally got another cancellation number and waited on hold this time for over twenty minutes to talk to someone to officially cancel. I am still getting billed for active service. More phone calls and emails all over the many different departments and no luck. Still receiving bills from the collections department and the price keeps going up.
It is now the middle of November and still being billed for service each month. Nothing but dead ends and dead people. You are deliberately punished for not using this crappy service in every way they can possibly do you. Anyone who has faced this delemma and found a way to fix it please share the fix.
