1) I was NEVER given a tracking number
2) My ONLY CONTACT from them was an original confirmation e-mail, with links for questions, that didn't work, and said server error message 403 Access denied each time I tried the link.
3) I REQUESTED A PASSWORD 3 TIMES, they always sent the same password that never worked. When I signed up I was never given a option to choose my own password. And in order to view your order/account you need to sign in. BEWARE!
4) The online help NEVER responded to any of my 7 e-mails.
5) The phone number 1-800-807-8080 gives you NO option to talk to someone in person if you have a PROBLEM with your order, or a choice to leave a message, instead it refers you back to the online help. But, after messing around a few number combinations, I did find that extension #101 goes to Vanessa's voicemail.
6) I received only a PARTIAL ORDER after about 18 days, with a shipping document from 6540 Riverside Dr., Dublin, Ohio, 43017, with no explanation of where the rest of the order was.
In summary, you gave them money, you don't receive what you paid for, and you have no way to resolve it. And quite possibly they may use your credit card information for other purposes.
