I ordered some BioFreeze from MyVitaNet.com for my father. That was 8 days ago. Their website is misleading. They say that your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days. After I placed my order I got an email confirming my order and it said "For future reference, you may contact us to check if an item is in stock before ordering". They then said that if I haven't heard from them in 5 business days to contact them and they will send a tracking number. I first did their "live chat feature" which I got no response. I emailed the next day, no response. I called the following day during "business hours" and I left a message. Still no response. I called again today and left another message.

I ordered from them because of their prices. Never again. I could have driven to Ohio and delivered the product to my dad in the amount of time that has been wasted. Oh and my credit card was charged a week ago. Don't buy from them. They don't return your calls or emails, nor do they let you know what's going on with your order.
