Shame on me. I allowed this company to rip me off twice. A few years ago I purchased a LIFETIME subscription for $29.95. I eventually forgot my password and at that time the company listed a customer service phone number. When I phoned to get my password the service rep said if I didn't have my original order number he could not e-mail my password to me or even access my information. I paid another $29.95 to re-subscribe. Stupid, right? You bet.
This time, however, I printed and saved my order number. Though I had them this time. Approximately a year later I attempted to access the site and received an error message that my e-mail address was not recognized. Armed with my order number I tried to locate the customer service phone number... None listed. No way to contact the company except via several e-mail messages that NO ONE will EVER answer. When that CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT is initiated, put me on the top of the list and SIGN ME UP... Twice!!!
