I too have been duped by bidtwister.com. I purchased over 25 items and have not received anything. After leaving message after message on their voice mail they finally replied by email. They claimed many problems with their site and were sorry for the delays. I figured okay, we all have problems. So, I gave them more time.
What a fool I am! BidTwister.com sent me another email claiming they would be refunding me for the items. That the refund would be made in a matter of 24 to 48 hours. Well, that was 30 days ago!
As it stands today (9/11) NO REFUND and NO ITEMS! And, here's the zinger - They barred me from accessing my account so I cannot go to my "won items" to see if or what the processing status.
I believe at this point I have been ripped off. Of course I have. Big time. I trusted them! They ripped me off. Please, don't be a fool like me.
Everyone should be aware of this site and not to throw away your money. Just know this, if anyone reading this note wants to be ripped off then give Jim Ballus owner of BidTwister.com your money.
