Somehow this company got my phone number and started sending me messages every minute, and since I dont have a text plan it was costing me.
I followed their online instructions on how to cancel it and sent a text message to a number with the text "STOP" but they still kept sending messages after I received a stop confirmation.
I talked to their customer service reps who where rather useless and said they couldnt do anything to refund my account and that their service takes 24 hours to stop working. They cheeky and thoroughly useless, couldnt give me anyone's name or contact info in management, told me manager was on the phone and there was no way to contact them but to wait. Waited 10 min, manager was the same, couldnt tell me any addresses or info for corporate offices, complaints department or investor relations.
This little fiasco cost me 1.5 hours and abotu $15 in charges on my phone bill.
