T - Mobile charged me the text messages which when I called in to complained about this. Because I did not open the text message. They told me that that is the way it is and this is third party charge

I just got the billing from T-Mobile today and was shocked as I have been charged all the strange text messages which I did not open at those time. The custome service names Shirley T and Pang from T-Mobile explained to me that even I dont open the messages, I am still be charged.

What I think that is the T-Mobilecompany scam so people should watch out, how would they allow third party to get my phone number and text messages me at least 5 messages in 1 minute continously. They could not find out from which source has sent me those messages??? So if they text me thousand times then I have to pay hundreds of dollars even I did not open the messages. Does it sound FAIR to customer.
