This is actually the very first time I'm experience with Verizon, which is so terrible, horirible discussion using the Verizon broker.

What happened is I went online to Verizon.com to-order " double-play" web and Television providers for my university child in her second-year of university. I actually donot wish to signal any agreement since university children, they maneuver around a great deal. After putting the purchase, I received e-mail from Direct TV stated that I'll be on the 24 months agreement, I immediately named Verizon to stop everything.

The one who reply the telephone explained he's a since everyone was on attack. After he pay attention to me for couple of minutes he advised me that Verizon has nothing related to Strong TV I've to contact primary Television after which he simply hung-up on me

I called Direct TV they stated they could not do something I've to contact Verizon. I'm caught, I named Verizon back and also you guess, they explained that I've to contact Direct TV.

I've no option but contact Direct TV back and also you guess, they stated they could not do something I've to contact Verizon! I named Verizon back they explained I've to contact Direct TV.

I really donot understand what to complete today, why large organization having a fortune treats their clients such as this? Why it's so difficult to cope with large businesses, why we got handled like we're pleading for bakery? Today I'm so scared of the world, I Would favour nothing than having coping with the misled world
