I have had my Immediate Television support for nearly 2 weeks before I recognized that it had been nearly for me personally. I experienced Verizon to obtain the support since Verizon and Strong Television had joined up and had a pack bundle. Verizon explained that though these were included, I had a need to contact Direct Television and also have them end the support. After I named Direct Television they explained that I'd be billed a $320 "early service charge" since my two years was not up. I called back about 2 hrs later and was informed by someone else at Direct Television that my contract was an 18-month agreement. No-where on Direct Tv's website does it suggest that they've 18-month agreements. I politely inquired if there is some form of contract notice or agreement which was authorized by me, accepting to these conditions. They might not offer one. At virtually no time did ANYBODY (Verizon or Direct Tv) inform me that I'd be required to stay together for 18 or two years. I settled a $300 deposit to obtain the support and was informed that it'd be totally returned in a couple of months or at that time of termination. Today, while looking to get this back, they are showing me this was an initial charge, while someone else explained this was certainly a deposit but could be returned by being paid regular as "breaks" towards my statement but I am deleting the support. I inquired when they might show-me paperwork declaring the things they had simply explained about remains plus they couldn't.
