Horrible termination

I am so pissed off I-donot actually understand how to start! Ok:

May 29th: Chose To change to some Verizon pack. Named Verizon and put order.

June 1st: Guy from Direct TV found mount meal. Couldn't deploy because of condo guidelines. Since I have could be moving-in approximately. 6 months, I chose to stop the purchase after which re order after I transfer.

June 1st: Direct TV terminated the purchase for that meal.

June 1st: Named Verizon to stop the purchase. Repetition stated he could not find my purchase therefore it was probably already terminated. To not fear.

June 6th: Received mail from Verizon using the information on my forthcoming installaion.

June 6th: Named Verizon to inform them the purchase have been terminated. Again, representative explained that she couldn't discover the purchase, therefore it needed to be terminated currently.

June7th: Received anoher e-mail informing me that tomorrow was the special day.

June 7th: Named Verizon AGAIN. Repetition stated she might observe that my purchase was terminated.

June 8th: Guy from Verizon involves do installation. I tell him it has been terminated. He politely leaves.

June 8th: Phone Verizon after he leaves. Was informed the purchase is terminated however the installation department did not obtain the mssage over time.

June 9th: I've no telephone sevice! I contact my present provider and was informed that Verizon got my amount from their store!!! He explained I will contain it back with Brighthouse next Thursday (13th) since Verizon fails on vacations. Named Verizon. Representative confused. No sympathy proven despite I tell her about needing to contact my 85-hey mom in another condition. Her words: "I Will move it along that you're furious."

Email comes. Email from Verizon inviting me to some business I've no providers with along with a break down of the installation costs for an installment that didn't occur.

Now I'm severely questioning Verizon's ethics. I've without doubt concerning the insufficient proficiency at this time.

Have it together, Verizon. This can be a terrible method to conduct business!
