Put an order May 22nd 2011. Charge card was billed instantly (via Paypal). Purchase not obtained by early September, therefore e mailed organization. No response. Called and was informed the delivery costs hadn't been compensated, therefore purchase wasn't delivered. Was informed they had delivered an email to that particular impact, but I'd not obtained the email. The email they'd delivered it to was wrong, and so I told them the right email address plus they stated the records division might deliver me information on the delivery costs. No email obtained, therefore tried contacting again. Allow concept on the answering device to call me back (no body in-office to consider the phone call). Didn't get a call-back. Tried contacting again - every time diverted to answering machine. However waiting (July 4th 2111).
