Purchase two dewalt tools. Obtained email declaring one products was sold-out and didn't understand wnen products could be available. Delivered return email same-day declaring to not deliver instock product. Obtained another email saying currently delivered. Named organization and directed them used to do not need one of the things.individual on telephone directed simply go back to deliver for full refund. Waited fourteen days for refund but didn't see reimbursement. Delivered two emails with no return. Named and talked with somebody who mentioned they delivered emails I never obtained.individual mentioned it had been pending waitng on coaching from me. I told them to reimbursement. Waited another week and didn't see the reimbursement. Named today and was informed reimbursement was published today but nonetheless don't view it. I questioned just how much the reimbursement was for plus they mentioned it had been for $29.99. I told them the sum total they owed was $54.99. They stated these were getting for delivery and restocking charge simply because they didn't like viewing delivered products. I told them that's not what I had been informed from the additional salesperson plus they stated they didn't care these were not refunding my complete amount.
