Artvertex, Inc. Took my money without providing me with a functional version of template that I paid them. They then ceased then ceased the project because I filed a complaint with refunding my money or providing me

I purchased a website with my logo to be included as a functional product. I did not get a working website with my logo included. The only showed me a screen shot not a working website. After filing a complaint they ceased my project and kept my money $114.00.

I do not recommend anyone that anyone who values their money to do business with these people. They do not have a customer support or technical support group that will work with you after they have your money. They simply deny my request for a refund and or valid support.
Buyers should be very aware!
