Issue: I paid for icons and graphics with linkfunctionality in a Flash template purchased from Jetimpex, Inc/templatetuning.com.$155 worth of work. The 'project manager'Edward Henderson did not write the coding (actionscript 'getURL' nor did he perform the additionalsteps to create these links in Flash. Repeated attempts to resolve the issueshave resulted in stonewalling and insults.
Further, The original agreement stated via the website is persons whoavail themselves of this service will receive all of the graphics and sourcefiles that the developer used to make these changes. The final delivery to medid not include a graphics folder as did the original template prior tochanges.
