Hello, Freeshipping.com,

I have just noticed a $12.97 charge on my credit card from 30 July. On 29

July I requested information regarding any fees for freeshipping.com and

Attained the nebulous email reply below. I, a second time, requested information

And finally was informed of the fee. I requested cancellation. Also in the

Nebulous first reply I was told "Your Introductory Bonus Rebate is guaranteed

Regardless of your membership status". I just spent a "seven time request"

Converstaion with Eleanor #430. Seven times I requested return of the $12.97

Charge before she said "Your check will be in the mail, have a nice day" and

Hung up on me. Eleanor #430 was impolite several times during this converstaion.

Freeshipping.com phone number is not available on line on your web site. I

Attained your phone number from http://usashameboard.com wherein scam and

Freeshipping.com are addressed. I await my $12.97 credit card charge, and I

Await my $15.00 freeshipping rebate from my original Proflowers order wherein

Freeshipping.com entertains what I deem to be a bait and switch.
