Real Estate Investors DON'T BUY websites from realestateinvestorswebsites.net. It's not a lifetime website and free support, upgrades.
We ordered investor website templates from realestateinvestorswebsites.net. The website mentioned to offer a lifetime free support, upgrades for new website template and full control of my web site with our purchase. Recently, we decided to try upgrading to a new website template. We are disappointed with the service and product. The service did not update the new website template option into our self edit system. (all necessary components of the new website template should be already included in the product but there was NONE included). Now it turns out we need his services to make edits for us. He presented to us that our site is updated and complete.
After his service "touched" our website it now shows an "error message" and is not functional at all. Then we had left several phone messages, but there was NEVER a phone call reply to us.
We kept receiving the same emails pointing to the DIY instructions for our website. After submitted online tickets for help, we got a email saying that we have to pay for reinstall. And another emails saying that if we do need installation, please order from this link: a payment link to a $65 reinstall charge. It mentioned we can buy hosting for $19/month with free installation from realestateinvestorswebsites.net where they will handle everything for you.
What??? There is a simply NO new website templates upgrades option available in our product system, it turned out that end we have to help him to DIY upgrades new template and still need a "reinstall change" to get our website running normal again??? As we had godaddy.com our hosting tech support go over our website, tech support wanted us to ask realestateinvestorswebsites.net to get an answer that "if the installation is complete can you explain what that error message is referring too?".
Then the realestateinvestorswebsites.net service did not give any reply for the question and no support at all with our product... Unless we pay for professional installation to able talking to get assistant.
NOW, after our website had his service upgrade edited it and is a non-functional website and we no longer are receiving any service and support. *Like we were scammed to buy a one-time use website... Unless pay to have our next service and support to have our website running!
This is a terrible company and scam for extra money to keep his customers product function normally. No extra pay, no service, no communication. This is not a fully lifetime free support, upgrades for new website template and no full control of our web site able.
We would like to comment that realestateinvestorswebsites.net is a SCAM and Rip-off business.
