This is a follow up to my first correspondence with you. The company Retoxor has given me a refund of $119.99. However, they still refuse to send me the refund of $149.99 that is still owed to me. They have consistently lied to me about when they will send me the rest of my refund. They are still telling me to give them 7 to 10 more days. At the end of the 10th day they tell me to give them 7 to 10 more days. This is a recurring theme.in short these people are thieves and should not be allowed to advertise and sell this product.
Hello, I would like to file a complaint against the above mentioned company and product. I was not satisfied with this product after using it for a full month. For several months now they have promised me a refund of $149.99 and $119.99 for their product that I returned to them. Please note that these amounts are not a full refund of the full money back guarantee as stated in their literature and advertisement. They originally charged me $159.00 and $179.00. The charge of $179.00 was never authorized by me. And after returning the product they only agreed to give me a partial refund of $149.99 that I have still never received. They have given me every excuse they can think of as to why I have not received my refund, from wait 30days, wait for 10 business days, the computers are down, my account is being reviewed by the owners, I will receive it by Friday, give us 10 more business days, one of our managers will call you back, etc... I have not received a call back or my refund. They are advertising this product on Sirius radio and other media and shipping it across state lines. Retoxor is a scam and needs to be stopped. Any assistance with this situation is greatly appreciated.
