On October 27, I paid Digital River (through reg.net) for a license for the FileWare product called FtpSync. I immediately received a confirmation that the payment was received and that I would receive another email with the product license key from the vendor, FileWare. I never received anything from FileWare.

I sent two emails to FileWare's support address with no response, so on Nov 11 I contacted Digital River and spoke with a support representative. He said he would send an email to the vendor. The trouble ticket number is 266295. I immediately received another confirmation message (like the first one) telling me to wait for the vendor to send the license key. I waited until Nov 18 and contacted Digital River's support desk a second time, referencing the ticket number from the first encounter. Same thing. The rep said he would email the vendor and I would receive an email with the license key. I asked to speak with a manager. After explaining the entire situation with the manager who said the same thing as the support rep, I told him that if I didn't receive a refund or a license key by end-of-day Nov 20, I would report the fraud. I sent a third email to FileWare, with no response either. So, here we are. No contact from Digital River nor FileWare. I will submit a separate complaint regarding Digital River.

FileWare has an active website and I sent emails to both addresses I found on the site.
