For more than a month I have experienced degraded, dropped, and complete outrages with my internet service with Skybeam.
I have made dozens of calls; most in which I am on hold for 45 minutes or more... And often NEVER get to speak with anyone. On the occasion that I do speak with someone, they try to tell my it must be my cables or my router. However, our computers tell us we are getting excellent signal
from the router.
A technician did come out once. He was able to get our internet running but VERY slowly. He insisted it was the time of day. At 2am we were still experiencing very slow service.
I have several friends that live within a 5-10 mile radius of me and all report the same problems.
