I ordered service and Skybeam was quick to install equipment but the service never worked. I tried to call them for technical service but only received a recorded message telling what counties were affected. This lasted several weeks to over a month. Then the message changed to leave a message and a technician will call you back. No one ever called back. They continued to bill for services. I finally filed a small claims suit and encourage everyone else that has encountered this problem to also call. I did not get service but was billed for it. I think they are a scam company.
