My internet service with Skybeam has been bad since they took over. The internet service is extremely slow, when it actually works, which is not consistent. There was a month we had no service at all.
When I call the customer service number, I was put on hold for 1 hr and 33 minutes only to be hung up on. I called back only to wait 47 more minutes and transferred to someone who spoke to me for 4 minutes and then we got "disconnected". I called back for the 3rd time and spoke with on gentleman, Jeremy, who was very helpful and listened.
At the time, my internet service was at 23%. We had someone out within 4 days and they got it back to 98%. Now, 3 weeks later, it is worse than it was @ 23% and it takes just as long to wait in the customer service line again.
This has been going on for a year. I called in the beginning of the year, they sent someone out, they tell me it is a tree in the way, I chopped the tree down but nothing helps. This has not been worth the 64.95 I pay for the fastest service they have available throughout this year. I want a refund.
