I have been with SkyBeam for aprox: 2 years now.in may of I started having problems with there internet service and technical support services and June of I have not had any internet service at all and I have made several attempts to get SkyBeam to fix my internet with no avail. Even the lack of have internet service has not kept SkyBeam from billing me for service I have not had.
Becuase of the I have had to seek other remedies so I am post this for others to be aware of how bad this company is before they end up in the same boat. I am also enclosing a copy of the posting to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission)
Please don't use SkyBeam and if you have simular complaints please contact the FTC as soon as possable
