When Skybeam has an outtage they seem to go home at 5pm and so what if your business depends on their service. My internet was down for a good 24 hours and they seem to be completely clueless as to why. It takes 3 or more calls and if your lucky, you MIGHT actually get someone who is knowledgeable. On the third call it turns out that somehow my account information was missing. How this happened I do not know. After being in the tech support/help desk profession for most of my life I do know how to troubleshoot computers and their technicians keep insisting the problem is on my end.
I do not know how they stay in business. They just seem to be clueless.
