We determined that you are not eligible for an A-to-z Guarantee claim as you did not contact the seller within 14 days of receipt to report the issue or return the item within 30 days of shipment. Don's reply: IT was a used unit proven by Garmin support shipped to me as "NEW." The seller was contacted within 34 days of it being left at residence. They would not talk with me concerning the "used condition" that was confirmed by Garmin support. John @ amazon support told me to buy a new one as he was certain I would get a refund I purchased then another unit. He even emailed me that he would 'Personally" watch this since the seller refused to comply with Amazons policy of shipping New merchandise as "MARKED".
Amazon seemed to totally disregard all the documentation that was sent between Garmin, me and Amazon. Everything was included, dates, emails, names. ALL I ask was for thr return of a "used unit for new which the sellerb refused to do. I then contacted Amazon and gave them names of whom I had spoken. Amazon has a large file...
