I agree withy Kerry. I used Amazon.com to order from DVDLegacy. I figured that I could trust a Dealer Affiliated with Amazon.com. Boy was I wrong. This is the 3rd time that I was ripped off by an Amazon Affiliate. Amazon like ebay apparently has a policy that the Seller is always right and the Buyer wrong.
I have to wait a whole month before I can file a complaint with Amazon. I too paid for insurance in addition to the shipping cost. They don't mention the fact that they do not provide tracking. I suggest that everyone file a Complaint with the USPS Postal Inspector Fraud Unit. Maybe we can close them down.
