I mailed an Xbox 360 to be repaired to Game A Galore's mail in address listed on their website. Website says 48 hour turn around. It has been over a month and have not had my Xbox returned and when I call the number listed I get courteous employees who take my information and say someone will call but no one ever does. When I continuously call for status, I am told that they work in the retail store and they have no clue what is going on at the mail in location. One employee has been trying to help but it appears he has been being lied to by his own employer. I originally paid by their google account but after complaining regarding status, my visa was reimbursed.
Then I called and was told my Xbox was repaired and waiting to be shipped but they were having trouble with their google account that is why I was reimbursed and had to send them a money order. Sent m.O. Certified because now I am being held hostage by them having my Xbox. After checking that m.O. Was signed and rec'vd I called for status. Now I was being asked what type and color my Xbox was which tells me the company is not reputable and they had lied about it ever being repaired. I seriously have my doubts that I will ever see it again but I will call them daily just to annoy the hell out of them and fill out every bad review I can. I am also looking at small claims court.
