I had problem with xbox 360 lve that was year old, called and shipped to repairs. Today 02/18/09 recd repaired xbox back but my issue is that on 01172009 i went out and purchased brand new xbox 360 arcade and low and behold the month old xbox has the same exact issue as other and that is receiving 3 red lights. I purchased from best buy which only has 30 day refund policy so now i'm screwed out of 200.00. I want me money back!!! And am being told that only option is to ship new one back for repair and i'm not willing to do that!!! I will make sure either by picketing outside of best buy, target walmarts, game stops etc advising public not to buy xbox product because you don't stand behind your product. I'm a mother of 3 w/2 boys ages 8&12 that are completely heart broken over all of this...
