I dropped my xbox 360 off in Eugene to get repaired by a company call proxboxrepair.com. About a week later I recieved a call from a tech who works for proxboxrepair.com, informing me that my repairs would cost $50. I agreed to the cost and allowed them to repair it. They told me that I could pick it up at a different store location in a couple of days after the repair has been made. It been about three weeks now and I have not recieved a call or even a response to any of my emails or phone messages I left. I think they say they are going to fix your xbox and then just turn around and sell them. I would like to at least get my xbox 360 console back. I dont care any more about the repairs I just want my property returned back to me in the condition that I had dropped it off in. One more thing they keep your xbox 360 if you have not payed for your repairs within 30 days. I have been tring to get ahold of them for 3 weeks now, so I think they just steal xbox 360's from people instead of repairing them. They should change there name to stealyourxbox.com
