Bought Avanquest WebEasy 8 Professional at Fry's because of the $30 rebate available. Fry's did a good job of printing a seperate receipt to use for the rebate. I filled out the information taking special care that each item was included. Mailed the info, but after a month, checking on my rebate, they say my information was incomplete.
It wasn't incomplete. They also had my rebate info and email but didn't notify me they had rejected it. I guess if it went long enough, I might forget about it. I will never buy another Avanquest product. I don't care. They have no character.
