I mailed rebate receipt for Whirlpool A/C extended warranty in the amount of $79.97 on April 14. I too mailed in the information just like the store clerk told me with my rebate receipt. I didn't hear anything so i contacted them by internet.
Lowes mailed me a postcard saying I did not give them the correct info.
So I mailed card and info just as requested on June 22.
I contacted them again by email and was told they didn't have the info and if I had a copy of info fax it to them.
So I faxed info again on Aug 10.
Since that time I have checked several times on Lowes Rebate Status Website and am told they are processing my rebate.
I have contacted Lowes Rebate Customer Service and they say you rebate is being processed.
Today I checked and my name is gone. I don't know what that means.
So I contacted Lowes Rebate Customer Service again today Dec 1 asking where is my rebate.
It doesn't take 8 months to process a rebate and now it is not there. Why would you want to run your customers off by ripping them off? Who can I contact to complain?
