I purchased an item that qualified for a $15 rebate. I have been checking the status of the rebate and it said it was mailed January 15 and to wait 21 days. It's been 27 and there is no rebate. I have also received another 10 dollar rebate for another product that was only mailed 7 days ago. They have no way of reporting a missing rebate. I would have not bought the product had it not been for the rebate.
