Protection plan purchased, Company won't fix 15 day old laptop

I purchased a Toshiba Laptop on 2/5. On 2/20 it stopped working correctly. The computer itself turns on but the monitor does not. I take it in with original packaging, receipt and all to the Canton, GA store. The Geek Squad guy looks at it. He plugs it in. He sees it is just the monitor like I said. He comes back and says We won't fix this because you dropped it. You can plug it into an external monitor and still use it. I told him that I have never dropped the laptop ever.

He said this is the point of impact. Its been dropped. He thrusted the computer at me and smiled. That was it. I would swear on a stack of Bibles that this computer has never been dropped. There is NO evidence that it HAS been dropped either. Nothing is cracked, nothing is broken off, no scratches. I am filing with whatever agency I can find. I didn't want a new laptop. I just wanted mine fixed. I paid over 900 dollars and now I can't even use it.
