"business" laptop - HP LAPTOP

Bought HP630 LV970UT 6200 Notebook PC through Tigerdirect in June got lines on 1/3 of the monitor screen for no reason in September after very little use. I called HP service, and found out the Laptop is "business" model, so they don't send out a box to return it like they do "consumer" laptops. I shipped it in to repair as instructed under warranty. I Get a e-mail back claiming the screen is cracked and to pay $292.80 to replace the monitor screen or be billed $89 for sending back the broken computer... Or pay for an extended warranty. The computer was not physically damaged in any way and was bubble wrapped in an old padded computer box when it was sent back, but now it's a matter of their word vs mine, all because it's labeled "business" computer which is not in any Tigerdirect ad. This is my 4th HP laptop, and so far so good until this. You get passed from one "specialist" to another with an obvious accent (probably somewhere in India) who are obviously paid not to render customer care. After calling another 1-800 number at HP, I am supposed to call Monday and engage in a 3-way conversation with the repair facility about whether the screen is damaged or not. Another words, my word against theirs, and no way for me to prove my case. I am out the money spent with Tigerdirect, and HP is holding the defective laptop hostage. Wow! The real shame is this is my 4th HP laptop purchase... Case # is 4664734103.
