I have been conducting business with aarons for about four years. I have never missed a payment. Last year i leased a laptop for 12 months. Recently, the laptop was dropped and was damaged. The laptop will not come on at this time. We took the laptop back to the store to see it could be fixed. The manager told us in the conversation that the laptop appeared neglected and abused. There was nothing that they could do. I have spent $1800 on this computer and there is nothing that they can do. All I want is some type of credit for what I have spent on the laptop. Is that asking for too much?
