I fully expect to be overcharged when leaving Comcast. Sometimes I have to pay an amount I know I don't owe to keep it off my credit. Its not right, but it is the way it goes.
This time... They got to greedy. Tried to get me for almost $100. Burden of proof is on me again. I was ready with the receipt for when I turned in the box. Got them to adjust the amount to something reasonable.
The kicker. I would not have complained, but FOUR DAYS after I get the corrected bill, I get a letter threatening me with credit bureaus. So I just thought I would join the other dozen people this week on here about them.
