Comcast induced me to change my service (add phone, TV and higher speed internet) for a total amount of $139.00 monthly plus various taxes and rental fees. When I received my April 21 billing the total amount far exceeded what I thought I would be charged ($240.56) I contacted Comcast and was assured by Jeff that he saw billing errors to my advantage and would make the necessary adjustments. I would receive a credit for $ 40.00 on my next billing. When Comcast debited my bank account this week it is was for an amount $45.00 higher than my April 21 statement. Thus they increased the amount rather than lowering it. So short of cancelling my service and stopping the bank payment is there an alternative? I will cancel the complete package if I can't get this resolved.
