I ordered a pair of sneakers on line at exclusivejay.com, i tried to cancel my order after finding out that the traking number they emailed me said no item found. I tried several times to email them and they never emailed me back. They claim on there website you can reach customer service 7 days a week and 365 days a yr, there was no phone number listed on there web site. After they charged me for the sneakers i tried to cancel my order with them, as of now i filed a dispute, this is a phony website. I called my bank and they told me it was linked to a grocrey store in china. I wouldnt order off this site i think it is a scam. Someone else posted something about exclusivejay.com also
