My 16 yr old son purchased nike air jordans. We received them and they were clearly fake and junk. I sent them back as requested which costed me an additional $36. They did tell me they received them and my refund would take 30 days. Well that was 2 months ago and still no refund. As of November 2, they are no longer returning any emails. I asked for a phone number and was told they do not have a phone.
The only sad thing is, is they have stolen money from a 16 yr boy whom it took 2 weeks of working to pay for these sneakers that we neither have or have the money to buy new ones.
