I was charged shipping after clicking o.K. To finalize payment check-out, clearly states free shipping. Web site would not return e-mail. So decided to cancel my order, told them days before billing me and even more days before shipping to cancel order. They send me some fake Air Jordan 5's anyway. (web-site guarantee's them 100% authentic) They werent even close the nike air logo on heel is way off center, I will stop now because I could go on for days about how many things are wrong with these pieces of sh*t.
Already $96.99 in - they tell me to return them (luckily they even responded this time) they give me some wierd address (conviently no return address on box) and a disconnected phone number. My wife takes them to the post office to try and send back. They told her it was $48.00 dollars for shipping with tracking, like requested. To send some five dollar pieces of junk back to China. $48 non refunable dollars-from exclusivejay, they know credit card companies require you to attempt to return goods in order to be able to file a dispute to recover funds. The return shipping cost is not recoverable through the credit card dispute either, so they totally bend you over!
Please do not even think about ordering shoes from these clowns!
