I ordered a pair of Phillies training sneakers and was sent a cheap pair of red and white sneakers and was not what I ordered. The box was totally smashed since they just stuck the box in a bag and mailed it. There is no information on how to return the shoes. I emailed the customer service address they have on the website. It states they will get back to you in four hours to let you know how to return the shoes. I've been waiting 2 days, no response. I even emailed the 3rd party billing email that asks if you have any problems with the purchase, to let them know so they can help. NO response from them either!!!
