My childs xbox broke and we wanted to get it fixed for him. I went on the internet to find a good price for a repair.
I typed in under google, repair xbox machines, and several web sites poped up. 360-pros seemed to offer a good deal. They were sending me a label to ship it to them and there was no upfront cost. I printed the label and sent off the xbox to them.
A few days later I received an email telling me they got the machine and they could repair it. The fee was $110.00 to fix the machine. I gave them a credit card number and they repaired the machine and told me I had a 90 day warranty on all repairs.
I got the machine back and it worked for about one month and the same thing went wrong. I emailed them about the problem and I received an email from F. Taveras saying she was sorry the machine had broken again and that she would send another label to get it fixed. I sent her a few more emails after not hearing from her and now it has been over a month and nothing has happened. I assume they are not going to honor their warranty.
