Hello I recently paid to have my Xbox 360 repaired through your company, Before sending it I asked some one in support about if I could send it to be repaired with the seal broke cause I have cleaned it before as it was an old model and they said yes as long as I paid for the repair it would be fixed... I sent it in a few days go by and multiple support member lied to me telling me my Xbox was being fixed and was fixed when it was not here is one part of one of the chat logs from one of your employees “ you: But since it says complete it means it was right just want to ask again before I got because a few peeps have told me different things lol just want to put my mind at ease that I will be able to finish red dead redemption lol
Seph: I understand that you want to make sure. But since it indicated that the repair was complete, you have nothing to worry about since it just means that the console got fixed. Rest assured that you will have your console back in good working condition anytime soon.”
I am furious at the support I received about getting my Xbox fixed another support member told me when is asked “if it was being fixed” they said “Natalie: I actually reviewed the details of your repair order. Natalie: I’m seeing in here that your Xbox 360 console is currently on repair process. Natalie: Our service center is already performing repairs on it since you've paid for the service. Only to find out earlier when I was talking to one of the support people that it was sent back unrepaired so all those Microsoft employees lied to me about my console being fixed and repaired. I am furious because of this and very disappointed in those people and the Xbox franchise in general. I would like a refurbished Xbox 360 for the price of my repair. My blood pressure went up very high when I found out my console was not fixed when all those support members told me it was. I feel it is just fair to get a refurbished or brand new Xbox 360 for the price I paid to have mine fixed since I had to endure all of those lies. I mean for them to have checked there system and tell me it was being and was repaired then to have it not fixed... Please do something about this so restore my faith in Microsoft.
