I sent my xbox to these clowns and a month later I get an email saying:
"Approve Xbox 360 Repair
We have received your Xbox 360, and have diagnosed it as follows:
Problem Found: XBOX 360 CONSOLE, WRNTY 90
Repair Required: Xbox 360 Console, Refurbished, 90 Day Warranty
The cost of this repair is $149.99 plus return shipping and handling"
Thats right, NO OTHER INFORMATION. Whats wrong with my xbox? I dunno, but I need a new one, good thing 360 PROS happen to sell refurb ones,
But what if I dont want a refurb? The website says that all repairs are under $99. Not mine, oh well I must be in that "5%" of unrepairable xboxs. I can only assume as they dont tell you anything. You get a TEMPLATE sent to you with different shipping options to pay for the repair.
What if you dont want to pay for the repair? $149.99 is a bit much... I just want my xbox shipped back...
Well good luck because they dont give you that option. Email them? Nope, they dont like to respond to those (I sent a few)
Endo story, I called got someone on the phone who just barely knew what was goin on enough to say theyd put my xbox in the mail that day, Im gonna cross my fingers but Im sure not holdin my breath.
360 pros? More like 360 blows! Dont waste your time!
