I purchased Microsoft Office Professional 2010 from this company. They don't advertise an actual email on their website and don't advertise a working phone number to reach them. All they have is an online contact form (through the site).
Assuming they were protecting their email address from "Webcrawlers" and "Spam" as I do myself, I ordered from this place (you can't call it a company). When I got my receipt I learned that this PLACE was using a free Google Mail account to conduct business which raised a red flag to me and I thought... in the future I'll question my decision to shop here. Then they sent me a CD-ROM IMAGE (. Iso) which they want me to install this and that and jump through hoops just to get Microsoft Office. Shouldn't it be as easy as entering a product key into an already installed Microsoft Office product if it's legit? After contacting them and them "Swearing to me that If I install a file to my PC it'll work" I tried to install their ISO image... Still no luck.
Now, I can't get them to return emails. I've left messages by sending email to their Free Email Google Account address and through their contact form on their website. They refuse to offer a refund and refuse to return my emails. I also contacted Microsoft Office for help installing this which they reported this company is NOT an authorized dealer of their Microsoft Office Products... BEWARE.
Also they don't advertise a phone number because they dont want u contacting them asking for your product.
