Office 365 fails to download - Microsoft office 2013

I purchased office 365. Followed instructions and entered my key. Site said an email would be sent to confirm my identity and download instructions. Email did not arrive. Efforts to contact Microsoft have been without valid result - even gtting up at 3am NZ time to contact site or phone has not worked. What now Microsoft? Sadkiwi
