I purchased a downloadable version of Microsoft Office on 7/7 from an advertisement for office online, which I thought was a legitimate Microsoft Office site and product when I placed the order. Evidently not! I was expected to receive the product key via email. I did not receive any confirmation email or any followup email with the product key or software download. The order # I was given is not valid. I emailed the sitecomplaint people the email they sent me referencing the purchase with them, NOT microsoft office. I have not yet received anything back from them regarding my order or refund. The phone #s they provided are bogus. I am contacting my bank to stop payment.
