BridgeMax is one of the most incompetant companies I have ran in to. Beware, things went fine for the first year until they stopped sending bills out and then when I called them to try and pay, they stated that I do not have an account with them. I even went further to describe the satelight on my house and they said that there was nothing that they could do.
Today, I received a call from the collection agency stating that they have sent my account to collections. When I called BridgeMax they said "sorry there is nothing we can do". My credit is now compromised. This will be filed with the better business bureau.
