Direct Benefits took 49.99 out of my checking account without my authority. They caused my bank account to go into overdraft and I had to pay 35.00. When I called this company, they informed me that I had to have authorized it because they would not have my information otherwise. They say they will refund my money but it will take up to 14 days and they are not responsible for my overdraft fee. I never authorized Direct Benefits Online to take any money out of my account. Beware of this scam.
