Direct benefits on line
Took money out of my bank account and did not tell me till my account was

Direct benefits online took money out of my checking account in oct, nov and dec. I did not know about this untill i got my bank statment up on checking thay had taken the money out 3 times total of 128.80, i was really upset i live on a sit income.

I call and was told i could close my account and with in 3 to 5 days, the money thay took would be in my bank nov and dec total of 79.90. I also got a e-mail with a concellation id. So i will just wait and see if thay are true to their word. Stay away from direct benefits online, thay are a ripoff. I really don;t know how thay sleep at night.

Something needs to be done soon about this company. If i get my money back i guess it will just be luck on my side.
